To Return Products Purchased from Maidenform
If you wish to send your order back, simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of your order's packing ticket.

If your packing ticket is unavailable, send the merchandise with an explanation to:

How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return to us to process your refund, credit your charge card or handle your exchange. Until we process your return, we are unable to tell you the status of the return. For credits issued to credit cards, it may take two billing statements for your credit to appear on your statement.

Can I return a purchase to a Maidenform Store?
At this time we cannot accept online returns at our stores.

How do I return items purchased at a retail store?
We recommend that you return the item(s) directly to the store. If this isn't possible — or if the store won't accept your return — please send the item(s) along with an explanation to:
