Position Summary:	This is a "hands on" Designer role where you will be responsible for delivering innovative bra launch concepts that support Maidenform’s growth and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:	Design patterns, handle fittings, approve garments, create prototypes and design new product independently. Integrate internal and external resources to enhance variety of product offerings and selections. Lead and inspire individuals and projects by applying a creative approach to problem solving. Source new ideas from vendors, suppliers, and the market place. Build and maintain relationships with new suppliers and vendors. Work with cross functional teams (e.g. Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Engineering).
Qualifications:	Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience. 6-10 years of Design experience. Technical knowledge of bra construction is required. Possess a great sense of detail in product styling and performance. Strong knowledge of patternmaking and grading. Ability to fit product and work closely with sample making teams. Creative, energetic and the ability to problem solve is important to success.
