What is the Maidenform.com's return policy?

Maidenform.com will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund, on all merchandise purchased on the Maidenform.com website only. Returns can be made for up to 30 days after the online purchase date. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Any discounted purchases made during sales or via promotions codes will be credited at the discounted price. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please note: that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be posted to your account.

Will Maidenform.com pay for my return shipping charge?

Maidenform.com will only pay for return shipping costs for on orders that are returned because of damaged or incorrect products (incorrectly shipped sizes, colors, or styles.) Original shipping costs will not be refunded for returns and orders where delivery was refused or undeliverable.

Please Note: Maidenform.com does not refund shipping charges for Canadian orders whose delivery is refused.

Maidenform.com uses industry standard protection across its' website; as well as enhanced security measures that offer the most secure transactions and protection of your personal and credit card information. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Maidenform, Inc. will charge sales tax as required by law. Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. The primary factor that determines the appropriate tax is the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges.

What happens after I place my order?

After you make a purchase on Maidenform.com, a confirmation screen will appear with your order details. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you registered using My Account. If you do not have a Maidenform.com account, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified during the Guest checkout process.

I placed an order on Maidenform.com, when will I be charged?

When an order is placed, funds will be placed on "hold" within your credit card account. Maidenform.com will not charge against your credit card until the order is shipped from the warehouse. If an order/garment(s) is cancelled (due to stock unavailability) your credit card will not be charged and the hold placed for the order will be released.

I tried to place an order on Maidenform.com but it did not go through. Why do I see charges on my credit card?

When attempting to place an order Maidenform.com the coordinating funds are placed on "hold" while authorizing your credit card. Maidenform.com does not charge against your credit card until the order is completed and shipped from the warehouse. During verification an error may have occurred which did not allow the fulfillment of your order. When these errors occur, the authorization/hold should expire within 7 days of when it was initiated.

Can I backorder an item that I am interested in buying?

Backorders do occur on select Maidenform® styles that we know we are getting more of within 30 days. Fulfillment of your order is subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. If some of your order is available then this portion will ship without the items that are backordered. If this happens the entire shipping fee will be charged on your first shipment. You will not be charged any further shipping costs on the balance of the shipments that remain for your backordered items.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

Unfortunately, Maidenform.com is unable to change or modify an order once the order has been placed. Please be sure to review all items, billing and shipping information before submitting your order. If need be, Maidenform.com, does accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order of unworn, unwashed garments with tags still attached.

How do I track my order status?

Keeping track of your purchases on Maidenform.com is simple. If you are a registered Maidenform.com customer, and signed in to your account at the time of purchase, we automatically save the orders you place with us in your order history. How do I track my package?

Once your Maidenfrom.com order has shipped, an email will be sent notifying you that your package has shipped which provides a UPS tracking number. Please click on the Tracking Number in your shipping notification. This will take you to a UPS site where it will show you the location of your package. If you do not have your shipping notification email, please follow one of the two ways above for checking your status order that will also bring up this same tracking number which you can then click on and see the UPS location information.

Maidenform.com currently offers shipping services to the following locations: The United States 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, select U.S. territories, including American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, and Canada.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders totaling $75 and above after any promotion or discounts have been taken out. Free Standard Shipping with $75 purchase is currently only offered for domestic purchases.

U.S. Shipping Rates are:

UPS Next Day Air®: $25 (not available to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses)*
UPS 2nd Day Air®: $18 (not available to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses) *

* UPS Next Day Air ® or UPS 2nd Day Air® services refer to business days only not weekend deliveries.

Please Note: * Please note that in order to receive your order using UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® services, you must place your order no later than 12pm EST Monday thru Thursday only. Shipping times begin when the order leaves the warehouse.

Will I be charged shipping on each package if my order is shipped in multiple boxes due to backorder items?

No. Maidenform.com will only charge shipping on the first package shipped if shipping charges apply. Each additional package that is shipped afterward will not be charged and will be sent at the expense of Maidenform.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed on Maidenform.com, for in-stock merchandise, will usually ship within 2 business days after the order has been placed. When using standard shipping, most packages will typically arrive on your doorstep within 4-6 business days from time of shipment. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Holidays.

I have a promotional code for my order, where do I use it?

Promotional codes can be entered in your shopping bag. When viewing your shopping bag, scroll to the bottom of the items you are buying and to the left of your item total you should see a space labeled "Enter Promotional Code and Save". Enter the code you have in the white space below these words and hit apply code. If the code is valid the discount should be shown in your total recap. If the code is invalid the message "Sorry that code is not valid" will appear. For best use of codes please be sure to enter them as seen with Caps or no Caps.

Can I use more than one code to receive a larger discount?

No, promotional codes cannot be combined with any additional offers or codes. Only "Free Shipping" offers may be used in conjunction with sales or promotional codes.

How do I receive my free garment during a 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' Sale?

In order to receive your free garment during one of Maidenform.com's many Buy 1 (2,3,etc.) Get 1 Free promotions, you must add the free garment(s) to your shopping bag before the promotional discount can be deducted from your order to adjust for the free garment.

Maidenform.com cannot backdate any sales or online promotions for orders placed after a sale has ended. All sales and promotions are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and each sale is set to end at 11:59 PM EST of the day listed.

How can I check my order status or history?

You can retrieve order status information for orders you placed on Maidenform.com two ways:

  • If you do not have an account on Maidenform.com click "Order Status" in the top header of any page. Type in your order number, last name and billing zip code (You can find this information in your Order Confirmation email) and the details of your order with UPS tracking codes for each style will appear. Click on the UPS Tracking # below each style to see where the package is.
  • If you are logged into your Maidenform.com account, you can click on "My Account" in the top header of any page and then click on "Order History" in the top left hand side column. This will bring up all of the orders you have placed on Maidenform.com with the Status and the Tracking No. (if the order has shipped) for each order. Click on the tracking number to see where your package is.

Only customers with Maidenform.com accounts can see their full order history on Maidenforn.com. We automatically save the orders you place with us in your "Order History".

What is Maidenform.com's Canadian Shipping Policy?

Maidenform.com offers USPS Global Express services to Canada. Canada Express services refer to business days only. Weekend deliveries are not available. When using Canada Express shipping most packages will arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days after passing through customs. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Holidays.

Currently, Canada shipping does not include import duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for these additional charges. For further information on import duty and taxes, you may contact the Canada Border Services Agency at www.cbsa.gc.ca
